Since opening its new and spacious studio early in 2002, Chadwell Kickboxing has eclipsed all of its competition to firmly establish itself as Essex's premier martial arts and fitness centre.

With an exciting and challenging program, the club has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or age. For those of you who want to get away from the monotony of treadmills and cross trainers, our studio promises to put fun back into getting fit in a friendly and motivational environment. At Chadwell, we will add the Bite to your workouts and the buzz back into your life.

Our highly trained instructors have been teaching members of all ages and fitness levels in the Chadwell kickboxing style for two decades. It has been developed over the years by Rob wood and World champion steve joseph, as a safe and controlled form of self-defense and fitness program.

Your guide to fitness

Kickboxing is rapidly established itself as a frontrunner in the field of health and fitness. It combines the effective training techniques of Eastern Martial Arts with Western boxing and sports science theories to give you ultimate physical and mental benefits.

As well as providing excellent cardiovascular exercise, you will see the benefits in total body conditioning, toning and muscular development. All this performed in an enjoyable and most impotantly, safe environment! we require all our students to be licensed and insured, as are our instructors.

chadwell's instructors will cater to everybody's individual needs and requirements. Kickboxing at chadwell is aimed at making you feel buzzed up about yourself and life.teaching respect and a code of conduct, that sadly is missing in most other clubs. 

The chadwell gym is run and operated by Rob wood, and terry burns. who between them have been involved in the sport for more than twenty years each.The gym is one of essex's newest and most well equiped kickboxing centres.

ADULT/JUNIOR SPORT  KICKBOXING

ADULT/JUNIOR students begin Martial Arts training for a variety of reasons. They also start training at various ages and fitness levels. Most begin with a specific goal in mind to help improve the quality of their life.
